Republican nominee and President Donald Trump has selected JD Vance as his running mate for the upcoming presidential election. Vance, an Ohio Senator and author of the bestselling memoir Hillbilly Elegy, emerged as the preferred choice among several notable contenders. Donald Trump Jr strongly pushed his father to select JD Vance who is a friend of Jr. and is viewed as the heir apparent to the MAGA agenda.
