Earlier this month, NFL icon Aaron Rodgers has officially listed his long-time Wisconsin home and as he shifts his focus to life in Pittsburgh.

Rodgers recently listed his sprawling estate in the Green Bay area for approximately $3.7 million. The 10,529-square-foot property sits on 5.32 acres and has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a movie-theater, a library, wellness and fitness spaces, and even a tennis/pickleball court and greenhouse. He originally purchased the home in 2015 for about $1.7 million, marking a sizable investment gain.

Rodgers has been actively reaching out to current teammates of his former team, the Green Bay Packers, about the possibility of purchasing the home themselves.

During a game, he even joked with defensive end Micah Parsons of the Packers, telling him “to buy my house.” The humorous pitch speaks to his desire to tie up a loose real-estate end and fully pivot away from his Green Bay chapter.

Rodgers spent 18 seasons with the Packers (2005-2022) and is regarded as one of the all-time great QBs, having been a four-time MVP and winning Super Bowl XLV. He departed Green Bay for the New York Jets for the 2023-24 season, and in 2025 signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

During this season he suffered a fracture in his left wrist in Week 11, missing at least the following game while the team waits on further evaluation. (RELATED: Drugged Driving on the Rise in Wisconsin as Marijuana Legalization Expands Nationwide)

The listing signals a symbolic severing of Rodgers’s long-standing ties to the Green Bay region and his former franchise. The home, only a short drive from Lambeau Field, served as his home while with the Packers, this move makes clear he is ready to fully turn the page.

Earlier this year, Rodgers purchased a home near Pittsburgh of what appears to be larger in size and significant amenities. (RELATED: Online Sports Betting Plan Dead, Till Next Year)
